Executive Assistant

 What you’ll do:
The Executive Assistant must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. This person must maintain calendars/meetings schedules and strategic plans for Executive Director. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, is highly organized and motivated to learn about event production, can multitask, and complete projects in a timely manner. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem solving skills.Organizational skills, computer proficiency, and communication skills are a must.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient knowledge of computer applications
• Previous administrative or applicable experience desired
• Must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• All other duties as requested and assigned by the Executive Director or Board.
• Must have own reliable transportation 
• Experience with nonprofits, event planning, fundraising and/or budgeting a plus
• Willingness to work outdoors, in all weather conditions and long hours on your feet
• A Can Do! Attitude
• 10-20 hrs/ week expected with additional hours required as events approach.​
